There are websites, such as www.pendrivelinux.com, that
can assist with creating a bootable flash drive with an ISO file. The GHO
file requires Norton Ghost 2003 to be run from a flash drive. This version
of gOS is the most recent version for the Cloudbook; there is no newer
version at this time designed for the Cloudbook.

You can also use Wubi installer as well, found at http://wubi-installer.org/

Yes, there is.
First, download the Iso of GOS.
Second, download and run unetbootin, you need an 1 GB USB stick.
Then, in Unetbootin, select ¨Use own image (or something like that). Go to your image, select it and it will extract your Iso to the USB stick. Reboot your pc, select the USB stick for booting, and it will load.

I´ve tried this to, with GOS 2.9 ;).
